Organisational
Climate Survey (OCS)
The Organisational Climate Survey is a framework of 65 questions
covering employees' understanding of business aims and objectives,
and their perceptions of internal communications, leadership
and management style, customer and service relationships,
training and development, job satisfaction, reward and recognition,
work-life balance and workplace stress.
At Survey Solutions, we have been conducting employee surveys
for nearly fifteen years. Based on this experience, we developed
the OCS for two reasons:
Firstly, clients looking for a quick and easy way to implement
an employee survey could use the OCS, knowing that it contains
the questions that are critical to employee motivation and
loyalty in most organisations.
Secondly, those clients looking for a more tailored solution
can use the OCS as a starting point, from which we then
work together to develop the final survey questionnaire.
