Feedback
The 360° Feedback Report focuses on an employee’s
strengths and weaknesses, with the feedback provided by
work colleagues and associates who work with them.
This report has proved to be a powerful self-development
tool for both managers and employees. To be effective though,
the questions must focus on both the organisation and the
employee’s job and the feedback needs to be managed
sensitively.

your exact needs and we have a completely web-enabled 360°
feedback process, which can be tailor-made to suit your
requirements. Feedback reports can be provided in PDF format
and/or as printed, bound documents.

process for you, from inviting assessors to collating data
and reporting results. Personal feedback sessions can also
